Responsibilities Position located in a hospital setting on the Nuclear Medicine unit Four 9-hour day shifts per week, Tuesday to Friday, 6 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM Assignment duration of 13 weeks Primary responsibilities include administration of radiopharmaceuticals and performing nuclear medicine procedures May be required to cover additional imaging modalities as needed by the department Responsible for coordinating patient flow and ensuring radiation safety practices are followed EPIC EMR experience required Technologist will exercise professional judgment to maintain equipment and ensure proper operation On-call responsibilities may be required as determined by department needs Up to 24 hours of required online modules to be completed during orientation, with up to 8 hours annually thereafter Local radiology candidates within a 30-mile radius are eligible for consideration at the same rate No more than 14 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed during contract Dress code and scrub requirements must be followed per facility policy Requirements Associate degree in Allied Health with a major in Nuclear Medicine Technology Current CPR certification required Nuclear Medicine registry required ODH licensure required; pending status accepted (license required if applicable) ARRT RT(R) and / or NMTCB required Experience with EPIC EMR required No prior job-related experience required; one year experience in nuclear medicine preferred No past license actions accepted Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-621635.
