Digital Marketing Strategist
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for driving revenue and engagement on the Truist.com website focusing on Consumer Deposits, Credit Card and Premier Banking. You will own the planning and coordination of offers and messages within the unauthenticated website experience. Working with line of business (LOB) marketing partners, you'll understand seasonality and promotional calendars and provide recommendations for placement opportunities throughout the website. You'll collaborate with research, content, design and technology teams on the creation of digital marketing assets. You'll leverage data driven insights to create test & learn initiatives to improve performance and conversion. You'll educate internal partners on campaign results and drive a culture of measurement based on KPIs that drive revenue and engagement. Serve as the primary Marketing leader to the business and Executive Leadership team for LOB or Segment and work across Marketing to develop marketing plans and tactics that achieve business goals, enhance client experience, and acquire, grow and retain profitable client relationships. Collaborate with business partners to develop strategies while managing internal and external marketing partners to develop and execute marketing programs and ensure alignment of all strategies to the Truist Purpose and Brand.
