Join Nongshim , a leader in the food industry, known for our high-quality products and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Line Lead / Supervisor to support our production team and ensure smooth operations on the production line.

Responsibilities :

Assist the Line Lead with daily production line operations.

Monitor product flow, line speed, and team performance to meet production targets.

Coordinate staff assignments to maintain efficiency and quality.

Identify and report equipment or material issues to maintenance or supervisors.

Ensure the production area meets safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Train and support new or temporary workers on job duties and procedures.

Assist with basic documentation such as shift counts, downtime, or defects.

Communicate effectively with warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is required.

1+ year of experience in a lead or support role on a production line preferred.

Ability to follow instructions, lead by example, and work well with a team.

Basic understanding of food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods.

Able to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

English is a plus but not required.
