Seeking an ambitious NP / PA to join a leading Urgent Care team in the Permian Basin, focusing on high-quality patient care.

• Assess and treat acutely ill patients with skills in minor procedures such as lacerations, incision and drainage, and toenail removals.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse patient population, provide counseling, and offer guidance.
• Recognize and evaluate disease processes, prescribe medications per guidelines, and perform diagnostic testing as needed.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and pursue ongoing education to enhance practice and competency.
• Work in person in Midland, TX, with relocation required before start date.

Full-time position with a salary range of $130,000 to $165,883.29 annually. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a flexible schedule.
