Job Responsibility :
Azure Databricks Administrator position to join our team, supporting multiple user groups within one of CGI's key clients in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include :
- Administer Azure Storage solutions, including blob, table, and file storage.
- Creating & configuring Azure Databricks workspaces.
- Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory, including users, groups, and policies.
- Handling Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Integration and RBAC with Azure Databricks and manage users and groups in Azure Databricks workspaces.
- Perform data source integration (Azure storage account integration).
- Creating and managing various Databricks cluster policies.
- Databricks job configuration and management.
- Conduct cost optimization of Databricks clusters.
- Conduct regular cost assessments and audits of Databricks clusters.
- Implement Azure Automation for routine administrative tasks.
- Monitoring and reporting Databricks workloads (instances).
- Use Azure Key Vault in securing secrets and integrating it with Azure Databricks.
Required qualifications :
6+ years of overall experience in an Azure environment, with at least 2+ years of Azure Databricks Administration experience.Good knowledge of Data Migration and Unity Catalog.Experience handling Databricks workspaces with clusters, jobs, and SQL warehouses.Experience in Databricks monitoring (Ganglia) or system tables to gather usage metrics and create custom reports for usage.Experience with configuring and maintaining Azure Active Directory, including users, groups, and policies.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.CGI offers competitive base salaries, eligibility to participate in an attractive Share Purchase Plan, 401(k) Plan, and comprehensive insurance plans.
