We are leading structural steel and carport construction company based in Phoenix, AZ. We specialize in high-quality commercial and industrial projects throughout the Southwest. Our commitment to precision, safety, and excellence has made us a trusted name in the structural steel industry.

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Estimator with a strong background in commercial and industrial construction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in take-offs, and capable of working collaboratively with project managers and fabrication teams to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

Perform commercial structural steel takeoffs for new and existing projects

Estimate Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and other steel structures

Accurately estimate key or complex projects requiring high attention to detail

Develop and finalize pricing and scope of work for outgoing estimates

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Fabrication Teams to ensure bid accuracy and constructability

Apply strong knowledge of commercial and industrial / millwright projects to create comprehensive proposals

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in Commercial Structural Steel Estimating

In-depth knowledge of Tekla PowerFab Suite

Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam Take-Off tools

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
