How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice :

As the Creative Project Manager & Producer, you’ll play a pivotal dual role in owning both the operational execution of brand promotions & campaigns and the end-to-end production of photoshoot & video shoots. You’ll be responsible for managing creative workflows, leading project timelines, and bringing visual content to life through studio and lifestyle shoots. You will drive operational excellence and accountability across the organization, leading high-impact cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. This role is essential to scaling our project management engine and driving operational excellence. It’s perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling in the beauty and skincare space—and equally at home managing timelines as they are on a shoot set.

As a Senior Project Manager & Producer, a typical day might include a mix of the following :

Creative Project Management

Photoshoot Production (Editorial, Product, Lifestyle)

Budget & Vendor Oversight

What You’ll Bring To The Table

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location :

$120,000 - $135,000 USD / annually

Paula’s Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor / prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region / town / cost of living.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
