We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented professional to support and oversee contract performance and partner accountability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of key business metrics and contractual frameworks, with the ability to identify and address potential gaps or loopholes in contract structures. Roles & Responsibilities : This individual will be responsible for analyzing performance data, evaluating results against forecasts, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as the role requires frequent collaboration across teams and with external partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate self-sufficiency, initiative, and the ability to structure and execute projects independently. Proficiency in data modeling and performance analysis is critical, including the ability to assess volume, rate, and forecast accuracy to measure operational efficiency and financial outcomes. Key Competencies : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, deep understanding of contract management and performance metrics, self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, experience in data modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
