Claims Representative I is a virtual role in Woburn, MA or Manchester, NH. This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm EST

The Claims Representative I is responsible for successfully completing the required basic training. Able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists, and managers on non-basic issues.

• Works under direct supervision.
• Relies on others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
• Work is reviewed for technical accuracy and soundness.
• Codes and processes claims forms for payment ensuring all information is supplied before eligible payments are made.
• Researches and analyzes claims issues.
