GUEST SERVICES (Host, Runner, Busser)

POSITION SUMMARY
Catch-a-Fire Pizza is now hiring a full-time guest services team member. We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who is responsible for ensuring that all guests have the highest quality experience possible. The Guest Services Department consists of multiple jobs, including : Host, Busser, Barback, and Runner. Part time hours are also available. This position will require working evenings and weekends.

Be a Brand Ambassador! Promote Catch-a-Fires goals and company culture; follow company policies & proceduresGreeting all guests immediately and helping guests find seats in the dining and bar areas as neededEscorting guests to their seats in the dining areas and suggesting seating in the bar area as neededTaking carryout orders in person and over the phone; taking payments with speed and accuracy; responding in a proactive and friendly manner to any guest concerns to ensure outstanding satisfactionChecking out carryout customers by locating and coordinating ordersBeing extremely knowledgeable about our menu; answering guests questions, providing outstanding customer service and making recommendationsRunning and serving food / beverages to guests in a professional and timely mannerBussing all areas of the restaurant in a professional and timely mannerUnderstanding our online ordering system, and being knowledgeable regarding information such as hours, directions, menus, general operations, etc.Completing opening and closing duties to allow for a successful service (cleaning, organizing, restocking)Completing side work duties, including polishing glassware and silverware, cleaning floors, sanitizing tables, bussing and maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant spaceAcknowledging and thanking all guests as they departBenefits
