Job Title : IT Help Desk Support

Location : Ventura, CA

Schedule : Full-time, may include weekends, early mornings, or evenings

Pay : $30-$34 / hr

About the Job

We're looking for someone to help our client's employees with computer and technology problems. You'll troubleshoot issues, set up computers, and keep our systems running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Help employees with computers, phones, printers, and software
Answer technical questions and solve problems quickly
Set up new computers and maintain existing ones
Manage user accounts and permissions
Follow security rules to keep our systems safe
Help with backups, software updates, and basic networking issues
Travel to other Credit Union locations when needed
Track IT equipment, licenses, and software

What We're Looking For

Associate's degree or 2 years of related IT experience

2-3 years of experience supporting computers or networks

Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP)

Experience with Office 365 or Exchange is a plus

Problem-solving skills and a helpful attitude

Must qualify for and maintain a fidelity bond

Physical Requirements

Can sit for long periods, reach overhead, and move around the office

Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
