Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
