Job descriptionAssesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status / mobility, endurance / stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well being, and evaluates the patient's progress. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required. Current / valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required. One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred. Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
