Description :

Travel position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry.

The unit has a total of 38 beds and has 73 staff members.

On the day shift, there is 1 charge nurse, 6-7 RNs, and 2-3 MSTs.

On the night shift, there is 1 charge nurse, 7-9 RNs, and 2-3 MSTs.

Patient ratios are 4-5 on both days and nights.

Equipment used includes lifts, dynamap, and cardiac monitoring equipment.

The electronic medical record system is Meditech.

Typical procedures performed on this unit include cardiac drips, cardiac catheterizations, and post-operative care for VATS patients.

The ideal candidate should be team-oriented and have a positive attitude.

The unit offers new lift equipment and mobility technology.

Self-scheduling options are allowed.
