Senior Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Become a product expert and serve as a bridge between product marketing, R&D, and sales

Articulate the unique value proposition to executive-level audiences and host webinars

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and services teams to create customized presentations and demos

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5+ years of experience in software presales, solution consulting, product management, or solutions engineering

Deep understanding of APIs and integrations, especially in SaaS sales and enterprise solutions

Experience in the HCM and / or healthcare vertical is preferred

BA / BS or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in workforce management, human capital management, or payroll preferred
