Shift :

Part-Time | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, every other weekend

Salary : $15.50 / hour

Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a

creative, energetic, and compassionate Recreation Aide

to help enhance the lives of our residents through meaningful activities and programs. If you love working with older adults and enjoy fostering a fun, engaging, and team-oriented environment, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Lead small and large group recreational activities, including cognitive, physical, and social programs.

Assist with planning and executing monthly events, holidays, and special celebrations.

Tailor activities to residents’ individual interests and abilities.

Ensure residents’ safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications :

Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with a passion for working with older adults.

Experience working with a geriatric or adult population is preferred.

Compassionate, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
