Destination / Partnership Development Manager

Must Haves :

• Ability to work both operationally (more reactively working on urgent needs), and strategically (forward looking; what is it that I'm going to build; what projects am I going to tackle) and shift between those two modes of working
• Data Analytics experience : Ability to work with, absorb and analyze data (what am I seeing in traveler demand, what actions am I going to take)
• Experience providing rapid responses to technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team
• Experience in working with various stakeholders, internally and externally; relationship management

Day to Day :

A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado wants to add a Destination Development Manager to their team! As a Destination Development Manager, you will be tasked with sourcing and developing travel supply by identifying, onboarding, and refining partnerships with travel suppliers to create high-quality, traveler-facing trip offerings that are both appealing and operationally efficient. You will analyze data to understand what travelers want, and what supply is needed to fulfill that demand. You will curate exceptional experiences, ensuring that every trip component meets high standards for traveler satisfaction while being seamlessly bookable by the operations team. Additionally, you'll optimize destination offerings by continuously refining and enhancing travel products and supplier relationships to maximize value for travelers, improve scalability, and streamline booking operations. Collaborating with the sales and operations teams will be crucial to understanding demand trends and proactively adjusting supply to meet traveler needs, making quicker trip supply modifications when necessary. Staying agile in expanding or refining supply to accommodate changes will ensure a seamless experience for travelers and internal teams. You will also be leveraging AI, and tech tools will be essential to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve destination offerings. In this role, you'll monitor performance and iterating based on data analysis (using Looker). Feedback will enable you to make data-driven decisions to improve travel supply quality and ensure the best traveler experiences.

Compensation :

$55,000 - $75,000k / year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
