About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Sales for Strategic and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) accounts. The ideal candidate will be a growth-oriented, hands-on leader with a dynamic and flexible approach. This role is pivotal in leading the development and execution of strategies to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with the company's largest and most strategic clients. Responsibilities include leading and expanding high-value, enterprise-level customer relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, and ensuring long-term partnership success. The successful candidate will be expected to have a strong background in strategic thinking, customer and relationship management, sales leadership, and team development, as well as financial acumen and commercial strategy. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of software sales experience, with at least 10 years in sales leadership within strategic or enterprise accounts. A strong preference is given to those with extensive EPC experience. The role requires a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar accounts, delivering consistent revenue growth, and building new business. The Vice President, Sales will be responsible for overseeing pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting, and must be adept at aligning sales efforts with corporate financial goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence internal stakeholders are also key aspects of the role. The candidate should be data-driven, with experience in using market data to drive sales efforts and in leveraging CRM and reporting tools to monitor performance.
