About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Innovation and Online with a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have a terminal degree and a proven track record in strategic leadership, particularly in the areas of off-campus and online program delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing the growth and expansion of the online enterprise, establishing and implementing a vision that aligns with university priorities, and ensuring the success of all members of the university community. The role demands a decisive individual with expertise in online instruction, program design, and a deep understanding of the higher education learning marketplace, including technology, pedagogy, and policy.

Applicants must have a terminal degree, administrative and academic experience, and a background in serving adult learners through diverse educational modalities. The role requires a strong record in budgeting, financial planning, and enrollment management, as well as a commitment to the success of all students. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, adept at working with individuals at all levels, and will have a demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies. Experience in non-credit and alternative credit pathways, including micro-credentials and stackable degrees, is essential. The Vice President will also be responsible for fostering external partnerships and ensuring the continuous improvement of online and blended learning.
