  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee operations and drive excellence in our club.
  • In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, drive revenue growth, and provide the highest level of service to our members.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of club operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Work directly with line-level team members to oversee departments such as the front desk, housekeeping, and snack bar, helping to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize club performance.
  • Provide leadership and support to department managers and staff to ensure a positive member experience.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • This position requires a commitment of 45+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Flexibility in schedule is required to meet the needs of the club and its members.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a management role within the fitness or hospitality industry, with a focus on operations.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of fitness club operations, including housekeeping, customer service, membership sales, group fitness, and personal training, is preferred.

    • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.   Perks :
