The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients by delivering tailored financial solutions and building long-term relationships. The role involves identifying client needs, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers.
  • Understand customers business models and financial needs to offer solutions.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services. including loans, treasury services and cash management.
  • Monitor account performance and proactivity address issues or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial banking or relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet sales targets.
