Job Title : Senior Designer

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven success in developing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $140,000 USD, with compensation based on experience and qualifications. We offer a hybrid work model, with teams in the office about four days a week.
