Job Title : Industrial HVAC Technician

Location : Taylor, Texas

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with hands-on experience operating and maintaining HVAC systems in industrial or commercial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, dampers, valves, air movement, and exhaust systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on pumps, filters, compressed air systems, air handling units, and related components.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks including system shutdowns, LOTO procedures, commissioning, and inspections.
• Conduct repairs and inspections in various environments, including rooftops, stairways, and outdoor areas.
• Safely work at heights using appropriate fall protection equipment (lanyards, harnesses, tie-offs).
• Communicate effectively with team members via two-way radio and mobile devices.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.94 - $37.94 / hr.
