What You Can Expect:

• Assisting with safe crossing of pedestrians.
• Providing clear directions and friendly guidance.
• Monitoring surroundings and identifying potential safety concerns.
• Setting up and maintaining barriers or signage.
• Communicating calmly and professionally with the public.
• Responding appropriately to unexpected situations or emergencies.
• This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and regular interaction with the community.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
