The Office Manager / Controller role combines financial oversight with administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and accurate financial reporting.

This role is required to be on-site at the corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the general ledger and financial reporting, focusing on understanding the general ledger's role, the key financial statements, and the importance of accurate record-keeping and reconciliation.
• Keep the Controller informed of any crucial matters associated with the financial activities of the dealerships.
• Prepare for month-end, quarterly, and year-end documents, ensure all transactions are recorded; reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, review for accuracy and completeness.

Including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

Focus on timely, accurate, insightful information.

(Floor plans / general ledgers / EOM closing).
