AI Systems Engineer

Aqueity, a leading IT managed services provider, is looking for a skilled  AI Systems Engineer.  The AI Systems Engineer will design, implement, and support AI-driven solutions across client environments. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with MSP service delivery discipline, ensuring AI projects are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement AI and automation solutions using Azure, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Automate.
• Build integrations between AI models and client line-of-business systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Work with cybersecurity team to secure AI data pipelines and ensure compliance.
• Develop reusable frameworks and automation templates for MSP clients.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for AI-related service tickets.

Required Education, Skills and Abilities

Salary Range : $90K - $115K base, with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
