A company is looking for an Executive Director of Systems Operations & Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap for HRIS platforms and connected solutions

Lead and develop the Systems team, fostering collaboration and accountability

Oversee product operations, enhancements, and integrations across the HRIS ecosystem

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Management, or related field; Master's preferred

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology, product management, or systems management

Strong expertise with HRIS platforms and managing integrations with related systems

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale initiatives

Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
