About The Position
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity starts on Nov 24, 2025, and spans 65 days, offering day shifts from 8am to 4 : 30pm, Monday through Friday. The role includes a variety of primary care responsibilities in a medium security correctional facility.

Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct sick call and patient roundingPerform chronic and preventative care procedures and follow-upsParticipate in preventative care clinicsComplete infirmary rounds for internal medicine cases as neededTriage and manage trauma casesDocument patient encounters through charting notesManage medication refillsSupport PA / NP lines in the morning (suture removal, follow-ups, etc.)Address medication non-compliance issues with patientsAdditional Information
