Maintenance Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support, coordinate daily maintenance activities, and lead a team of Process Technicians. Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will partner closely with Production and Engineering to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all scheduled and unscheduled repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Assign and coordinate daily workload for 2nd shift Process Technicians.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans aligned with production schedules.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to production management.
• Train, mentor, and develop Process Technicians to build team capability.
• Ensure maintenance resources are effectively utilized to support operations.
