Dental Assistant - Dental Medicine - Part time - Evenings / Weekends
The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Dentists and Dental Residents with clinical procedures and perform all duties in compliance with safety and infection control guidelines. The Dental Assistant is also responsible for instrument preparation and sterilization while maintaining the oral operative areas clear of debris during dental procedures. In addition, the Dental Assistant will greet and seat patients promptly, gather medical history and take patient vital signs. This is a part time position working Monday - Thursday 4 : 00PM - 9 : 30PM and Saturday's from 8 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM. This position is located at NYP / Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
