Key Responsibilities
Maintain technology deployments and manage support cases for customers
Analyze customer systems, recommend solutions, and provide updates on case status
Collaborate with internal teams and assist in mentoring team members
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Technical Support Engineer with case management expertise
Proficiency in Windows and Linux Operating Systems; knowledge of AIX and Solaris is a plus
Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and services
Commitment to learning new technologies and providing client-centric solutions
Experience with modern programming languages and cloud certifications is a bonus
