Job description5+ years’ multi-site management experience, preferably in outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare services Experience overseeing 10+ Outpatient Physical Therapy clinics Experience handling and integrating acquired facilities Ability to travel within the designated region as needed
On behalf of our long-term client, Novaris are currently looking for a Regional Director of Operations , remote across the U.S with 50% travel, to steer their growth in preparation for Q1 2026.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations for multiple outpatient clinics in the designated region
- Drive clinic growth, performance, and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with clinic managers and clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and implement operational best practices and process improvements
- Recruit, mentor, and support clinic leaders to foster staff engagement and retention
