We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities :

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Generate new business : Actively seek new sales opportunities through lead development, networking, and community involvement.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest development
  • Cross-sell and up-sell : Proactively identify opportunities to sell additional product lines, such as bundling auto and home policies and life insurance
  • Meet sales goals : Work with the agent to set and achieve monthly marketing and sales quotas.

  • Educate clients : Use a needs-based review process to educate customers and help them choose the right insurance options.
  • Build relationships : Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client retention and loyalty.
  • Provide information : Explain policy features, answer product and service questions, and communicate details about coverage and eligibility.

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Licensing : Candidates must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
  • Communication skills : Strong verbal, written, and listening skills are a must.
  • Interpersonal skills : The ability to be people-oriented and relate effectively with customers is required.
  • Goal-orientation : A successful track record of meeting sales goals is often preferred.
  • Self-motivation : Sales agents should be driven and able to manage their time effectively.
  • Computer skills : Basic computer proficiency is necessary to navigate the required systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
