General Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative to join our growing orthopedic practice. This individual will serve as the face of the company to referring physicians, community partners, and potential patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare marketing, relationship-building, and driving patient growth through strategic outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent the practice in the community, with referring physicians, and at charitable events and field marketing initiatives.

Develop a deep understanding of our services and product lines.

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to implement strategic marketing plans for assigned territories.

Maintain and grow relationships with referral sources.

Engage with potential patients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments.

Provide monthly reports on campaign performance and market trends.

Work closely with the marketing team on cross-functional projects.

Gather and analyze feedback from customers and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.

Distribute marketing materials to targeted locations to enhance brand visibility and attract new opportunities.

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data and customer feedback.

Secondary Responsibilities :

Track and manage marketing-related expenses.

Attend networking events, and other relevant industry functions.

Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and promotional items.

Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational abilities.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and CRM platforms.

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.

Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and reputation management tools.

Physical Demands :

Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs as needed.

Occasionally lift, push, pull, or move up to 60 pounds.
