Job descriptionCollaborate closely with the service department to deliver timely and precise service in alignment with company standards and procedures. Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems. Identify & communicate plumbing issue(s) with customers Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job. Document work performed by following company procedure. Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service and repair Valid US driver's license with a clean and satisfactory driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable Physical dexterity.
