We are seeking an experienced and dependable Security Officer to provide exceptional service at a prestigious high-rise office building. This is a high-visibility position requiring a polished, professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and strong decision-making abilities. As the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors, you will be representing both our company and our high-profile client. Reliability, professionalism, and attentiveness are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist tenants, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Monitor and control access to the building
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or requests
• Use reporting software to document patrols, incidents, and daily activity reports
