Job Title : End of Line Operator

Job Description

The End of Line Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that includes handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment transfer of material to the warehouse while adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities and operations of the end of the line.
• Follow all procedures regarding safety, process, and equipment for cutter and / or grinder.
• Fill out paperwork and conduct end of line SPC Tests every 30 minutes.
• Perform LT% checks every 15 minutes and make corrections if needed.
• Identify basic sheet faults and notify correct personnel of issues.
• Notify the shift leader or line / operations manager of quality and process issues.
• Perform Appendix changes, including tape, PE, barcodes, AS / AF, etc.
• Replace tape and barcodes when they run out.
• Perform length and width changes, pallet changes, and inkjet messaging.
• Enter orders in SAP.
• Perform other duties and activities as directed.

The company is growing significantly and is currently adding a new line to support this growth, offering opportunities to increase responsibilities on the line.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50 / hr.
