You know how to :

  • Lead through metrics and accountability so performance is always measured and always improving.
  • Coach in real time with role-playing, scripting, and live feedback that sharpens the team daily.
  • Act with instinct and vision , anticipating outcomes and steering the team with confidence.
  • Drive urgency and conversion so every lead is answered, handled, and closed without hesitation.
  • Recruit and build a powerhouse team that thrives in a culture of high standards and excellence.

    At KLRE, you will work directly with me, Kris Lindahl. No layers. No bureaucracy. This is about building and leading one of the most aggressive, high-growth sales teams in real estate.
