The Special Projects Manager for Programs and Operations leads with a trauma-informed and community-centered approach, overseeing the development and management of youth and family programs which promote healing, equity, and opportunity. This role ensures that court services are accessible, culturally responsive, and attuned to the complex needs of youth and families impacted by the youth justice system. By fostering strong partnerships with internal teams, community organizations, and external agencies, the Director advances high-quality, compassionate programs and operational practices which support positive outcomes and long-term well-being for young people and their families across Davidson County.

Minimum Qualifications :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related human service field and five (5) years of verifiable project management experience specifically overseeing multidisciplinary teams in human services, child welfare, court systems, or program management.
