Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team! This position is located in New York, New York.

Duties :

• Lead product management for a unified messaging platform with a focus on customer engagement and personalization
• Oversee migration of legacy messaging systems into a proprietary platform, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams to align messaging strategies with business goals
• Leverage expertise in customer data platforms (CDP), CRM, SQL, HTML, and digital marketing tools to optimize messaging capabilities
• Prioritize domain expertise in CDP and CRM over direct industry experience, ensuring best practices are applied across initiatives
