Branch Support Specialist II
East West Bank is seeking a Branch Support Specialist II. The Branch Support Specialist will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to internal customers and other departments within the bank.
Responsibilities :
- Performing accounting and / or GL reconciliation tasks
- Respond to branch inquiries regarding bank products and services, transaction requests and account maintenance related to their account.
- Utilize active listening, express willingness to help, identify customer needs and deliver courteous, professional service in a manner reflecting positively on East West Bank.
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of all East West Bank systems, products and services applicable to target customer segments as well as general information required to answer customer questions, support customer inquiries about our online banking.
- Handle customer's inquiries clearly via phone and email.
- Operate with little supervision and exercise independent judgment in completing assignments.
Qualifications :
Banking back office operations experience within a banking institution requiredFIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plusMinimum 3 years of back office operations banking experienceCollaboration / people skillsIntegrity / dutifulnessAvailable to work overtime as neededMust be detail oriented with strong organizational skillsMust have excellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programsDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAdhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirementsCompensation :
The base pay range for this position is USD $22.00 / hr. - USD $26.00 / hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
