Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and making connections over the phone? Do you thrive in a goal-oriented environment? Were looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our growing insurance agency.

As the first point of contact for many potential clients, youll play a key role in generating interest, setting appointments, and supporting our licensed sales agents in building trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do :

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and potential customers
  • Follow a provided script and compliance guidelines
  • Ask qualifying questions to assess insurance needs
  • Set appointments for our licensed sales professionals
  • Update and manage lead tracking software and CRM tools
  • Meet daily and weekly call goals

Requirements

What Were Looking For :

  • Friendly, upbeat phone personality with excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and time management
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call centers preferred
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM platforms
  • Insurance experience a plus, but not required well train the right person!
