Job descriptionWe’re a friendly, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and a positive experience for every patient that walks through our door. Our team works hard but knows how to have fun – we believe in building strong relationships with our patients and each other. We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who can bring enthusiasm, a great attitude, and the skills needed to make our practice thrive. Assist the dentist during a variety of treatments and procedures, from fillings to crowns to cleanings. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and make sure everything is ready for each patient (you’re basically the behind-the-scenes superhero of our practice). Take dental X-rays. Educate patients on proper dental care and what to expect from their treatments – your guidance will make them feel calm and confident! Keep patient records up to date, help with scheduling, and manage inventory to ensure everything runs smoothly. Help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for our patients – a friendly face and a kind word go a long way! While certified Dental Assistant is encouraged, we are happy to meet with anyone with a passion for patient care and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. A multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle a variety of tasks with a smile. A friendly, outgoing personality who loves working with a team and building rapport with patients. Experience with dental equipment and procedures is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn!
