Schedule : MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM6 : 00 PM

Overtime : May range from 02 hours per day and 810 hours on weekends as needed

Overview :

A leading diamond bridal jewelry company is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support daily production operations. This role involves managing inventory and ERP transactions, fulfilling customer orders, processing shipments and returns, and collaborating with purchasing and vendors to ensure accurate stock and timely material flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pick and consume components to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Generate purchase notes, verify deliveries, and resolve stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with purchasing and vendors to manage stock allocations and shipments
• Maintain accurate ERP records and assist with cycle counts
• Prepare and verify invoices, shipping, and receiving documents
• Inspect packing lists and materials for accuracy and quality
• Organize returned items in ERP and prepare for QA or refining
• Ensure all inventory and transaction data is accurately recorded in ERP
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
