A company is looking for a Scientific Editor for its journal focused on translational and clinical science.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and develop high-impact content across translational and clinical research
Evaluate submitted manuscripts and manage the peer review process
Engage closely with authors and collaborate with expert reviewers
Required Qualifications
A PhD, MD, or equivalent in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline
Broad interest in translational and clinical research
Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate diverse areas of science and medicine
Established research networks (preferred, particularly for more senior candidates)
Interest in scientific publishing and emerging digital trends
