Enterprise Transformation Delivery
Independently leads multi-disciplinary teams through a portion of large-scale transformational change initiatives, or strategically important short-term engagements, that deliver business outcomes. Drives delivery in complex environments by focusing on collaboration across all levels of the enterprise.
Primary responsibilities include :

- Demonstrating in-depth experience in transformation delivery.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Translating initiative objectives into actionable plans.
- Providing transparency to senior leadership.
- Ensuring initiative adherence to governance standards.
- Developing and tailoring communications content.
- Building relationships and participating in engagement management.
- Ensuring follow up on all critical items.
- Learning and supporting understanding of the organization.
- Leveraging multiple transformation delivery tools.
- Developing and relying upon relationships.
- Leveraging deep institutional and banking knowledge.
- Participating in working groups.
- Championing new transformation delivery tools.
- Encouraging a culture of innovation and improvement.
- Applying resourcing approaches.
- Supporting business in defining outcomes.
- Mentoring and coaching team members.
- Understanding and adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

- Maintaining internal control standards.
- Completing other related duties.
Supervisory / managerial responsibilities include serving in a lead capacity for less experienced personnel and in an indirect management role for delivery stakeholders.
Education and experience required :
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.5+ years' relevant work experience.Education and experience preferred :
5+ years' project, program or portfolio management experience.Prior experience leading organizational change.Relevant financial services industry experience.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university; MBA or MS preferred.PMP, Agile, SAFe, Certified BA and / or ScrumMaster Certification.Prior management consulting or comparable client service experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented.Proven intellectual curiosity.Proven leadership skills.Evidenced cognitive bandwidth and sound judgement.This is a hybrid role requiring three in-office days per week. M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $85,104.04 - $141,840.07 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
