Role: RF Engineer
Location: Remote
Long term Contract
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
• Excellent attention to detail
Extensive experience on FUZE Required
• Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G/LTE/VoLTE technology
• Experience with designing 5G/LTE/VoLTE networks
• Knowledge of radio propagation modeling software such as Atoll or Planet EV
• Proficiency using Excel and Google Sheets (VB macro creation is a plus)
• Knowledge of RF base station and antenna systems
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Knowledge of LTE network KPIs and key parameters.
• Experience with Propagation Model Tuning
• Knowledge of Samsung Radio Access Network equipment
• Knowledge of 5G NR standards.
• Experience with RF optimization
JOB DUTIES:
• Performing RF design work for Macro, Small Cell, In-Building systems
• Creating plumbing diagrams (RFDS)
• Filing E911/Regulatory (TVW)
• Creating and updating Atoll records
• Creating CIQ for system work orders
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science field
• Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.
