Document Control Clerk

We are hiring for our Engineering Department as a Drafting / CAD Technician II (Document Control Clerk) and play a key role in supporting project workflows from development through handover.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the central point of contact for project documentation and drawing management
• Maintain organized digital and physical libraries of engineering files
• Coordinate documentation flow between internal teams, vendors, and contractors
• Operate large-format MFPs for printing technical drawings and blueprints
• Manage CAD files, updates, revisions, archiving, and inventory records
• Support and enhance existing document control systems
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility of all project documentation
• Assist with packaging, mailing, and physical handling of oversized drawings
