We’re seeking two gastroenterologists to join our cutting-edge GI division, offering clinical autonomy, schedule flexibility, a fast-track to ownership, and exceptional earning potential through robust ancillary services.

Position Highlights

Role : Two GI physicians needed, supported by APP extenders for efficient practice.

Clinical Autonomy : Full control over clinical decisions, tailoring patient care to your expertise without bureaucratic constraints.

Schedule Flexibility : Craft a schedule to balance clinic, procedures, and personal time, prioritizing your lifestyle.

Ownership Track : Become a shareholder in 12 months, gaining equity in two new GI-specific endoscopy centers and high-value assets (~$100M in properties).

Compensation : ~$650,000 base salary, plus high-yield collections-based bonuses and direct call pay.

Call Rotation : Manageable 1 : 8, aiming for 1 : 10, with flexible scheduling.

Call Compensation : Paid directly to the provider for hospital call, boosting income.

Fellowship Support : Competitive stipend provided for fellows, easing the transition to practice.
