Fetch Package is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR Team. This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of our organization. Our HR teams are comfortable rolling up their sleeves and diving deep into daily operational HR challenges while keeping an eye on the breadth of HR needs and opportunities across the company. What you'll do :
- Consult with operations management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics to assess risk, develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to operations management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Assess training needs through collaboration with HR leadership and key stakeholders.
- Implement training solutions that align with organizational goals and HR best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide consistent HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Supporting employee development needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Create and drive talent initiatives, improve performance and retention, and work to enhance the employee experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you'll need :
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; Master’s Degree and / or relevant certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human ResourcesExperience with varying degrees of complexity regarding employee relations and investigations.Ability to concurrently manage multiple stakeholders cross-departmentally.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Demonstrated ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization to achieve results.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and yet thrive in a team environment.Ability to partner with various levels of the businessExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Proficiency within both the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google G Suite is required.HRIS – Experience within both the Paycom & Workday platforms is a PLUS.Experienced in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions, ensuring the system aligns with business needs.What we'll deliver on :
